1. 예약을 해야 하나요?

- 필요하시면 예약 가능하시며, 원무과(053-819-8321)로 연락주시기 바랍니다.

 

2. 진료 시 1차 병원(의원)의 진료 의뢰서가 필요한지요? 

- 진료 의뢰서 및 참고할 만한 서류가 있다면 첨부하여 오시는 것이 좋습니다.
