무릎 관절 수술

아버지가 무릎이 안조으셔서 무릎에 근육주사를 맞고 물리치료를 받고 계세요


의사선생님이  레이져 수술도 권하셧구요..


듣기에 근육강화운동을 겸해주어야 한다고 들었는데 어떤식으로 운동하면 조은건가요??


그리고 다리를 조금 절고 하신데 겆기운동을 해도 무리는 아니신지요??


꼭 조언 부탁 드립니다,,,,;;
