고관절통증

단순 활액막염의 경우 약물치료 만으로도 대부분 통증이 호전됩니다


심한 활액막염으로 증상이 심하고 약물치료에 반응이 더딜때는 고관절 관절내 소염제 주사로


빠른 증상의 호전을 가져올 수 있겠습니다만


임춘헌씨의 경우 이미 급성의 심한 통증은 사라진것으로 생각되니


약물 치료를 지속하는것이 좋겠습니다


 


고관절의 통증이 있는경우에 MRI상에는 활액막염이라 판독되는 경우가 많은데


MR에 보이지 않는 통증의 원인도 있을 수 있으니 증상이 지속되는 경우


MRI 지참하여 외래 방문하세요
